What is an estate? Your possessions, including your house, cars and cash, make up your estate. An estate plan simply defines how your possessions will be distributed after you die. It might seem unnecessary to have to write down who gets what, but if you don’t the state will do it for you. A good plan also helps your family after you’re gone. It minimizes fighting and hurt feelings and makes the distribution process that much easier.
Wills & Trusts
Wills and trusts make up the foundation of all estate plans. Everyone needs a will no matter how big or small his or her estate may seem. I have low-cost, set-fee wills for individuals and married couples without children. For more complex wills, including same-sex couples and individuals and couples with children I work on a highly competitive hybrid set-fee, hourly rate.
Advanced Medical & Legal Directives
Medical and legal directives include medical and durable powers of attorney, HIPAA releases, DNRs and Living Wills. All of these instruments are important by themselves, but when they are combined with a hand-crafted will and pertinent trusts they create an estate plan that will protect you and your loved ones once you’re gone.
Business Formation
Having a plan for the end is important, but it is equally important to have a plan for the beginning. I can help you set up your business. I have extensive start-up experience and training and can help you analyze your business plan, decide which type of entity to set up, create an operating agreement and help close that SBA loan.

There are times when life starts to hit us from multiple angles. When that time comes you want to make sure your assets are protected.
